SHIPPING
We currently ship within the United States.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped via a tracked carrier. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow it from our hands to yours.
Complimentary shipping is offered on orders over $30.
RETURNS
We accept returns on full-priced items only. Items purchased on sale or at a discount are final sale.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery and sent back in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once received, returns are processed within 3 business days.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
Please contact us at help@lavoterre.com within 5 days of delivery, including your order number and a photo or short video showing how the item was received (including the packaging).
Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement if the product was damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was sent.
